Coming this December: Pinocchio!

Don’t miss FLO’s unique musical version of Pinocchio, written by John Davies and put to the music of Mozart, Offenbach and more. In collaboration with the Puppet Co., Finger Lakes Opera’s 2020 Tomita Young Artists will bring to life marionette puppets in this creative, available for streaming (in December) rendition of the classic tale that emphasizes the importance of telling the truth through the eyes of a mischievous puppet, his father, a conniving wolf, and his crafty, sidekick cat.

Matthew Campisi

Matthew Campisi

Currently teaching voice through the Eastman Community Music School, Matthew also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in piano performance. Matthew is originally from Connecticut.

Robert Riordan

Robert Riordan

Robert has performed on operatic stages across the United States as well as in Europe. Originally from Wisconsin, Robert currently lives in Kansas City, where he is an Apprentice Artist with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City.

Robin Steitz

Robin Steitz

Robin was a Voice Fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center in 2018 and 2019, and has won numerous awards including the 2019 Buffalo / Toronto District Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and the Kneisel Lieder Competition at Eastman School of Music. Robin is originally from Washington, DC.

David Soto Zambrana

David Soto Zambrana

David is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. While earning his Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma, he received the Weitzenhoffer Opera Fellowship. Last summer, David sang the role of Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville with the New York Opera Conservatory (Peekskill).

Victoria Thomasch

Victoria Thomasch

Victoria, who recently completed her residency with Gertrude Opera’s Studio Young Artist performance program in Melbourne, has sung with companies all over the world. Victoria, who lives in New York City, recently finished managing and performing in the 4th Annual Recital for Refugees.

Brock Tjosvold

Brock Tjosvold

Brock is working towards a Doctorate of Music Arts at the Eastman School of Music in collaborative piano. In addition to his work as an instrumental and vocal collaborator, he is an active orchestral keyboardist and has performed with the Albany, New World and Battle Creek symphony orchestras.
